I live in Bellingham, Washington, near the shores of Lake Whatcom and not far from Bellingham Bay, and the Strait of Georgia. The weather is great and because of that we can grow some really nice plants called Hardy Geraniums. These wonderful plants come in colors from light violet to deep blue and then into rose and pink. They come back every year and bugs don't like them. Neither do deer or slugs...... How can you beat this?
We grow these plants in organic soil, with no pesticide use at all, just some soap and water if necessary. When winter comes they all go to sleep only to return again next year bigger and better.
We sell second year stock so you will get a big, fat plant for your hard earned dollar. I always like big plants and they should bloom for you your first year.
I don't have a big nursery and all the work is done by me and a helper. So, pick out your plants as fast as you can and we will do the rest.
I hope you enjoy yourself,
Cleo
P.S. By the way. For those of you who really don't want sweet and pretty and , well, precious, we offer the other side of Grewsome Gardens. What we refer to as the Gruesome part. This is where we sell Geophytic Geraniums and Pelargoniums, and boy are they strange and different.
In all my years of gardening I have never seen these plants. They are unique and beautiful in their own way and you should see the flowers on them! These are one of a kind and some of them we have managed to save from extinction. If you are curious, if you want different, if you want one-of-a-kind, seek out the Gruesome part of Grewsome gardens, a real Jekyl-Hyde nursery if I do say so. Enjoy!
